Welcome to Elevate Youth Sports Club

Elevate Youth Fitness has partnered up with School Of Soccer this winter and we are excited to bring a fun basketball focused program to Bodies in Motion and Anser Charter School . Our program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of basketball in a fun and engaging way, while helping kids develop important skills like teamwork, coachability, and athletic coordination. Whether your child is new to the game or looking to refine their skills, this program offers the perfect blend of fun, fitness, and learning. We believe in the power of play to inspire growth and confidence in young athletes, making this the ideal opportunity to keep your kids active during the colder months.

Class Options For 5 and 7 year old's

Winter Basketball Program: Fun, Fitness, and Fundamentals

 

 Intro to Basketball (Ages 5–6)

Perfect for brand-new players who may have never touched a basketball before!

Focus:

  • Dribbling basics
  • Moving with the ball
  • Fun games to build confidence and coordination

Basketball Fundamentals (Ages 6–7)

Beginner-friendly, great for kids who may have played a little or are just starting out.

Focus:

  • Dribbling, passing, and shooting basics
  • Fun activities that teach skills in an engaging way
  • A step up from Intro, while still welcoming to new players

 Basketball Skills & Games (Ages 6–7)

For kids ready for the next challenge and eager to play more structured games.

Focus:

  • Building confidence with the ballhandling 
  • Learning game concepts like offense and defense
  • Playing mini-games to put skills into action
  • Playing scrimmages
